Terms and Conditions
Ordering Daily Cakes
- We process orders from 9 am-6 pm Monday – Friday.
- We require payment in full to finalize and confirm your order. Prices are subject to change until your order is paid for.
- Payment can be done in cash or online through card payment.
- Cakes are available for pick-up or delivery at an extra charge.
Cancellation policy
- We have a no refund policy but in the event of an emergency or if your event is canceled and it’s beyond your control, we are happy to move your cake order to a later date or issue a store credit.
- When ordering a daily cake, we require 1 day (24 hours) notice for any changes to your order.
Cake Storage & Fresh Fruit and Flowers
- All our cakes should be kept in a cool place or fridge between collection and serving.
- We advise taking the cake out of the fridge one hour before serving to allow it to come up to room temperature.
- We advise serving cakes with fruit and/or flowers on the day of collection or delivery. Please note our flowers are decorative and not edible.
- If you choose to pick up your cake and transport it yourself, we are not liable or responsible for the cake once it has left the bakery.
- You should prepare your vehicle so it is clean and free of items that could roll or slide into the cake. We do everything in our power to provide a well-structured cake, but please note that cakes are very fragile and break easily, drive carefully and slowly.
