Decadent Delights: No-Bake Chocolate Hazelnut Fudge Recipe

No-Bake Chocolate Hazelnut Fudge

Course Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 350 g Dark chocolate chopped
  • 1 Can (400 g) Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 Tbsp whipped cream
  • 2 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • sea-salt for sprinkling on top
  • 1 1/2 Cups hazelnuts roasted and chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Brush a 20cm (8x8”) square tin with butter, and line with non-stick baking paper.
  • Place the chocolate, condensed milk, cream and vanilla in a microwave-safe bowl or saucepan. If using the microwave heat at 30 second busts stirring in between or cook on the stove-top stirring for 5–6 minutes until melted and smooth. 
  • Add 1 cup of the hazelnuts and stir to combine (leaving the rest for the topping).
  • Pour into the tin. Top with the remaining hazelnuts and sprinkle with sea-salt. Refrigerate for 2 -3 hours or until set. 
  • Remove the fudge from the tin and slice into pieces to serve
