No-Bake Chocolate Hazelnut Fudge
Ingredients
- 350 g Dark chocolate chopped
- 1 Can (400 g) Sweetened condensed milk
- 2 Tbsp whipped cream
- 2 Tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- sea-salt for sprinkling on top
- 1 1/2 Cups hazelnuts roasted and chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Brush a 20cm (8x8”) square tin with butter, and line with non-stick baking paper.
- Place the chocolate, condensed milk, cream and vanilla in a microwave-safe bowl or saucepan. If using the microwave heat at 30 second busts stirring in between or cook on the stove-top stirring for 5–6 minutes until melted and smooth.
- Add 1 cup of the hazelnuts and stir to combine (leaving the rest for the topping).
- Pour into the tin. Top with the remaining hazelnuts and sprinkle with sea-salt. Refrigerate for 2 -3 hours or until set.
- Remove the fudge from the tin and slice into pieces to serve
