During summer, I love to bake light and fresh desserts, especially with fruits, and Pavlova is always on the top of my list. I love to serve it to guests as it looks so beautiful with all the berries on top and tastes delicious. But almost every time I make it for other people, someone asks, 'what is pavlova?', so I'll explain it first.
